- Thoroughly wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial-grade cleaning tools and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all areas meet sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours
- Organize and store clean items properly for easy access by the culinary team
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by disposing of waste and recycling appropriately




- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours and special events

Qualifications

- Prior experience in restaurant or food service environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and food handling safety regulations
