Duties

- Thoroughly wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment using appropriate cleaning methods.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen, preparation, and storage areas, including floors, countertops, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff.
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to uphold safety standards.
- Follow health and safety regulations to prevent contamination and ensure a hygienic workspace.
- Restock supplies such as dish soap, towels, and cleaning agents to keep the kitchen well-equipped.




- Weekly garbage and compost disposal as per collection schedule

- Proven experience in cleaning or dishwashing within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
