We are looking for a proactive and reliable Dishwasher/Kitchen Hand to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our kitchen operations, ensuring that all dishes and kitchen areas are spotless, organized, and ready for service. Your efforts will help maintain a smooth workflow, support culinary staff, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities

- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and ingredient organization.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service times by helping with general cleaning and setup tasks.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene and safety are maintained at all times.




- Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to keep the kitchen environment clean and environmentally friendly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive, effective work atmosphere focused on hospitality excellence.

Requirements

- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, food handling practices, and safety regulations related to kitchens or hotels is advantageous.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and support staff.
- A strong sense of hygiene, cleanliness, and responsibility towards food safety standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
