Skeena

Gold + Silver Limited is seeking a dedicated Earthworks Lead Hand to report to the Field Supervisor. This role requires practical knowledge in civil and mining operations, along with substantial leadership experience. You will coordinate daily work tasks, mentor field crews, and ensure adherence to safety practices and project specifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct and mentor crews to ensure safety and efficiency
- Operate small and medium mobile equipment, including loaders
- Assist with tailings dam and earthworks activities




- Communicate hazards and work plans to team members
- Maintain equipment and work areas in safe condition Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in civil construction and mining operations
- Class 5 Driver’s License; First Aid Certification required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with environmental controls and drainage installations
