Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education (ECE) Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant classroom environment. Duties

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards that promote active learning and curiosity
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages social-emotional growth and positive interactions among children
- Use effective communication skills to interact with children, parents, colleagues, and caregivers regularly
- Monitor and assess each child's developmental progress, adjusting activities to meet individual needs, including those with disabilities or special educational requirements
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress reports,



and classroom activities using computer operation skills
- Organize classroom materials and resources efficiently to support smooth daily operations and time management
- Lead age-appropriate activities that develop language skills in both English and French while promoting creativity and critical thinking

Experience

- Prior experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential
- Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred to support diverse learner populations
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with parents, team members, and community partners
- Proven organizational skills to manage classroom routines, lesson planning, and documentation effectively
