AECOM is seeking an Electrical Engineering Graduate for our Transportation team based in Mississauga, Ontario. This full time role is for a newly created position expected to begin in January 2027.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Preparation of lighting and traffic signal layouts
- Preparation of wiring diagrams and electrical details
- Performs photometric analysis of lighting systems
- Performs voltage drop calculations
- Preparation of contract documents and specifications
- Site visits
- Follows company and project procedures and policies to achieve set results and deadlines.
- Performs routine tasks while working under supervision.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

- Must have completed or will be completing their Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

Preferred Qualifications

- Interest in traffic signals and roadway lighting
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of MTO design standards

Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The range for this position is $70000 to $80000.
