Role Description This full time, on-site Electronic Technician role in Salmon Arm, BC Electrical Plant. The Electronic Technician will build computers, and computer systems and electronic components and systems used in wood processing equipment.

this full time postiosn also will include testing, and packing the final componets for shipment to Customer location.

Qualifications





- Strong foundation in Electronics Technology and Electricity, with the ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation.
- Hands-on skills in Soldering and component-level assembly and repair of electronic circuits and boards.
- Prophancy in Computer PC Building and troubleshooting, and working in the Microsoft Enviroment.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting electronic and electrical systems, including diagnostics with meters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment.
- Relevant technical diploma, certification, or apprenticeship in electronics, electrical, or a closely related field.
- Attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and ability to follow established procedures and standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or automation environments is an asset; willingness to learn proprietary systems and technologies.
