Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. seeks a Legal Counsel to join our Calgary Head Office. This full-time role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and requires superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B/J.D., Alberta Bar admission, and 3–6 years' experience in corporate law, M&A;, energy or securities matters, with solid drafting skills and a pragmatic, business-focused mindset.
