Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. seeks a Legal Counsel to join our Calgary Head Office. This full time role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary and requires superb organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate holds an LL.B/J.D., Alberta Bar admission, and 3–6 years' experience in corporate law, M&A;, energy or securities matters, with strong drafting skills and a pragmatic, business-focused mindset.
