Allnorth is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to join our Calgary or Edmonton team.

This role focuses on project execution and client coordination, working across multiple technical disciplines rather than serving as a discipline-specific technical lead. Our Calgary and Edmonton teams work primarily on projects in the infrastructure, energy, and mining sectors, but also support projects across all sectors covered by Allnorth. As the primary point of contact for assigned projects, you will coordinate internal teams, manage scope, schedule, and budgets, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.

Success in this role is driven by strong organization, communication, and the ability to lead diverse technical teams toward a common goal. This is a full-time role based out of our Calgary or Edmonton office. Allnorth allows for hybrid work arrangements, but the expectation is a minimum of three days per week in the office.

Manage multi-disciplinary engineering projects from proposal through execution and close-out. Coordinate engineers, designers, and project team members across multiple disciplines. Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets.

Track project performance and proactively manage scope, schedule, cost, safety performance, and risk mitigation.



Allnorth works with the BST software package for tracking project costs and performance. Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Support proposal development, fee estimates, and project resourcing. Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities early and communicate clearly to stakeholders. Support and mentor recent Project Managers and Project Coordinators to help them develop their skills. 10+ years of progressive experience in engineering, construction, or technical services. ~5+ years of project management experience in an engineering, technical services, or consulting environment. ~ Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary project teams. ~ Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking. ~ Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ~ Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable formal project management training is considered an asset. ~ Must be based in, or willing to work from, the Calgary or Edmonton area and be available to travel to client offices as required. ~ A strong client-focused approach, dedicated to providing exceptional client experiences to our internal and external customers. ~ Registration as a Professional Engineer or eligibility for registration is considered an asset. ~ Class 5 driver’s license. ~ We believe that a happy and fulfilled team leads to exceptional results, which is why we offer a range of perks designed to support your well-being, career growth and community engagement.
