As an Enterprise Data Co-op student, you will work both independently and, in a team, to help build, create and support marketing, loyalty and digital business programs for our banners. You will work closely with the engineering team to understand how we build resilient data pipelines, analyze data to identify patterns and interpret based on business definitions, as well as present fact-based observations. There will be opportunities to be exposed to building AI Agents, how we measure and track agent performance, and how businesses run post campaign analytics and measurements.

You will ensure data is clean and that information is correctly updated in the system.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing

- Create and update workflows that move data from source systems into cloud platforms like Snowflake, so it is ready for reporting and analysis.

- Use SQL to check that data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business needs before it is used.

- Clean, transform, and organize data so it is reliable and easy for others to use.

- Identify ways to speed up testing or data processes and build simple tools or automation to make them more efficient.

- Track pipeline performance, set up alerts,



and make sure issues are identified and resolved quickly.

What you have to offer

- Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related program.

- Comfortable writing queries to explore, validate, and manipulate data.

- Familiar with Python or similar language and interested in building tools or automation.

- You enjoy working with data, spotting patterns, and making sense of complex information.

- You like figuring out how things work and taking initiative when something can be improved.
