St. Michael's Hospital is seeking an Operations Leader for Environmental Services to oversee housekeeping operations across inpatient, outpatient and OR areas. You will lead staff, monitor service delivery, and drive safety, training and performance improvements.

You will coordinate schedules, audits, and infection control measures, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, patient safety standards and quality objectives while guiding daily workflow and special cleaning initiatives.
