Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying epoxy coatings, and ensuring high-quality flooring installations that meet safety standards and client expectations. Your expertise will help transform spaces with durable, visually appealing epoxy floors that stand the test of time.

Duties

- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and repairing to ensure proper adhesion of epoxy coatings
- Mix epoxy resins and hardeners accurately according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply epoxy flooring using hand tools, rollers, squeegees, and trowels to achieve smooth, even finishes
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during surface preparation and application processes
- Inspect completed floors for quality, consistency,



and adherence to project standards
- Perform minor carpentry or caulking tasks as needed for surface sealing or edge finishing

Beneficial Skills

- Proficiency with hand tools such as grinders, trowels, squeegees, and mixers
- Construction experience with a focus on flooring installation or related trades
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials, including epoxy resins and primers
- Experience with tile laying or other surface finishing techniques is a plus
- Handyman experience demonstrating versatility in construction tasks
