Equipment Sales Representative – Printing & Professional Equipment

Absolute Toner – Concord, Ontario

Absolute Toner is looking for an experienced, motivated Equipment Sales Representative to join our team at our Concord showroom.

This is a full-time, in-person sales position focused on professional printing and production equipment. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with customers, understanding their business requirements, recommending the right equipment, preparing quotations and following opportunities through to closing.

Products You Will Sell

Our equipment portfolio includes

- Large-format eco-solvent and UV roll-to-roll printers
- UV flatbed printers
- Mimaki and Roland professional printing equipment
- DTF printer systems and complete production bundles
- Embroidery machines
- Vinyl cutters and finishing equipment
- Professional digital office printers and multifunction systems
- Digital production printers
- Related supplies, accessories, and equipment

Previous experience specifically with printing equipment is an asset, but not mandatory. We are prepared to provide product training to an experienced salesperson with strong technical aptitude who is comfortable learning professional equipment.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in our Concord showroom, by telephone and through email inquiries
- Understand customers' applications and recommend appropriate equipment
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Follow up with incoming sales leads
- Demonstrate equipment and explain product features and benefits
- Develop relationships with new and existing customers




- Identify opportunities for equipment upgrades and additional products
- Work with our technical and administrative teams to coordinate sales, financing, delivery, and installation
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Follow opportunities through the complete sales process

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer-service experience
- Proven ability to communicate professionally with business customers
- Strong sales, negotiation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable selling higher-value products and equipment
- Good computer and email skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customer opportunities
- Professional, reliable, and motivated
- Strong spoken and written English
- Ability and willingness to learn technical products

Experience in printing equipment, large-format printing, signage, DTF, embroidery, office equipment, copiers, production printing or other B2B equipment sales would be a strong asset.

Compensation

- $50,000-$65,000 annual base salary, depending on experience
