Duties

- Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application, tailored to each guest’s needs.
- Assist guests with product demos and recommend suitable skincare or beauty products to enhance their routines.
- Perform nail care services such as manicures and pedicures, ensuring proper sanitation and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by greeting clients warmly, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
- Engage in retail sales by upselling products and services that meet guest preferences while achieving sales goals.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations.




- Support front desk operations by scheduling appointments, managing guest check-ins/check-outs, and handling administrative tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty or skincare role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within the beauty industry.
- Ability to perform body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling as needed.
- Excellent sales skills with a talent for upselling products and services naturally during consultations.
- Friendly demeanor with exceptional hospitality skills that make guests feel welcomed and valued.
- Basic proficiency in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and guest management.
