- Generate BAS/HVAC estimates for construction and services
- Manage small mechanical project coordination as needed
- Review RFQs, RFPs, and related documents




- Prepare client meeting agendas and proposals
- Engage in sales meetings and workshops for business growth Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months estimating experience in BAS or Mechanical work
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Eligible to work in Canada with 5 years Canadian Residency
