With at least 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in civil construction, you will ensure complete project specifications and manage multiple tenders efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed estimates for underground utilities projects
- Review specifications and tender documents thoroughly




- Conduct quantity takeoffs and develop pricing strategies
- Develop execution strategies and project schedules
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors throughout estimating

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of estimating experience in civil construction
- Minimum 2 years in underground construction
- Robust grasp of construction methods and costs
- Proficient in HeavyBid, AGTEK, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
