Access to our Annual Scholarship Program. Use cooking skills in the production of new food dishes using up-to-date food technology and methods. Observe methods of food preparation by feel, taste, and smell while viewing colours, textures, and garnishments.

Ensure correct and timely distribution of food or products. Ensure proper transportation, handling, and storage of goods and materials. Ensure all areas in the kitchen are kept clean and tidy at all times.
