Job Summary

We are hiring licensed Male/ Female Event Security Guards to join our team for events, private functions, venues, and special events in Brampton and surrounding areas.

We are looking for professional, reliable, and customer-service-oriented security guards who can maintain a safe and welcoming environment while working with guests, event staff, and management.

Responsibilities

- Provide professional security coverage at events and private functions
- Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas
- Perform access control and ID checks when required
- Monitor guest activity and identify potential safety concerns
- Assist with crowd control and maintain a safe environment
- Respond to disturbances and incidents professionally
- Use verbal communication and de-escalation techniques to resolve situations
- Work closely with event organizers, venue staff, and management
- Remove disruptive or unauthorized individuals when required
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas
- Complete incident and occurrence reports when required
- Follow company policies, venue rules, and post orders
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and contact emergency services when necessary

Requirements

MANDATORY





- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid Smart Serve Certification
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Assets
- Previous event security experience
- Bar, nightclub, concert, or hospitality security experience
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Crowd-control experience
- De-escalation experience
- Reliable transportation
