Executive Assistant
Position Overview
Our organization is seeking a highly polished, proactive, and strategic Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our C-suite leadership. Operating as a trusted partner and extension of the executive office, the ideal candidate will possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, exceptional organizational skills, and an impeccable track record of maintaining strict confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Serve as the strategic gatekeeper, managing complex, fluid, and high-volume corporate calendars. Prioritize meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts proactively, and protect the executive's time.
- Executive Communications: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls. Draft, edit, and proofread high-level communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the executive.
- Travel Logistics: Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements, creating detailed, comprehensive itineraries that account for transit, lodging, and meeting preparations.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and execute internal and external meetings, board presentations, and corporate events. Prepare necessary agendas, presentations, and materials ahead of time.
- Operational Partnership: Act as a central liaison between the executive office and internal teams,
external partners, and key stakeholders. Track project deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure critical tasks move forward smoothly.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive corporate data, personnel records, and strategic plans with absolute discretion and professional diplomacy.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant directly supporting C-level executives (CEO, Founder, or President preferred).
- Technical Discretion: Advanced proficiency with modern office suites (e.g., Microsoft Office 365 or Google Workspace) and project management collaboration tools.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and pivot quickly in response to changing priorities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a refined professional demeanor.
- Project Management: Robust execution skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously without oversight.
