We are a busy, high-volume automotive repair and leveling/lift shop looking for experienced flat-rate technicians who know how to produce hours. If you’re tired of slow shops, bad dispatching, or weak management, this is your move.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- General automotive repair & diagnostics
- Suspension, steering, and brake work
- Leveling kits, lift kits, suspension upgrades
- Alignments, driveline, and accessory installs
- Working efficiently under flat-rate pay

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven flat-rate production experience (this is NOT an entry-level role)
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Experience with lifts/leveling kits is a BIG PLUS
- Own tools (must be well-equipped)
- Reliable, motivated, and professional
- Valid driver’s license
