Experienced Residential Construction Worker

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and versatile construction worker to join us in completing a new residential home.

This position is best suited for someone with strong hands-on experience in residential construction who is comfortable working across several stages of a home build. We are looking for someone who can work efficiently, solve problems on site, and produce clean, professional-quality work without requiring constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

Depending on your experience, duties may include:

- Wood framing and general carpentry
- Insulation and vapour barrier
- Drywall installation
- Taping, mudding, sanding, and drywall finishing
- Flooring installation
- Baseboards, casing, doors, and trim
- Finish carpentry
- Interior and exterior painting
- Exterior siding
- General construction, repairs, deficiencies, and finishing work
- Assisting with other residential construction tasks as required
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area

Requirements
- Proven residential construction experience is required
- Strong knowledge of common home-building methods, materials, and tools
- Ability to complete work accurately and to a professional standard




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to the job site
- Ability to safely perform physical construction work, including lifting and working on your feet throughout the day

Position

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Pay: Hourly rate based on experience and skill level
