Lead construction materials testing with Phasor Engineering across Canada. This role focuses on soil testing while supervising field staff and ensuring quality standards. As a Materials Testing Field Lead, you'll be instrumental in managing soil and compaction testing programs.

You will have hands-on responsibilities, mentor field staff, and collaborate directly with clients and contractors. Your expertise in ASTM and CSA standards will guide all quality assurance and quality control activities on-site. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage field compaction testing program and resource schedules
- Supervise, mentor, and train field staff
- Oversee soil, aggregate, and compaction testing procedures

- Over 8 years’ experience in materials testing or civil construction
