F45 Training Kingsville is looking to add 2 awesome people to our coaching team — one primarily for mornings and one primarily for evenings.
But here’s the thing…
We’re not just looking for someone who “likes working out.”
We want the person who brings energy into a room, owns it and is the person our members look forward to working with …
Someone outgoing. Someone who loves talking to people. Someone who can motivate a room full of people at 5:45 AM or 6:00 PM and genuinely enjoys helping others get better. No official certification? No problem. We’ll train you to get certified
- Passionate about fitness? Great.
- Training/coaching knowledge? Even better.
- Personal training experience? Awesome.
- Sales, hospitality or customer-service experience? We REALLY want to hear from you.
Some of the skills that make someone great at sales — confidence, communication, listening, building relationships and understanding what motivates people — also make someone a damn valuable coach.
EVENING POSITION
Approximately 3x/week
Coach 5 PM + 6 PM,
followed by cleaning and workout teardown/setup. Usually finished around 8–8:30 PM.
MORNING POSITION
Approximately 2–3x/week
Classes at 5:45, 6:45, 8:15 + 9:30 AM. No teardown/setup afterward.
PLUS: Opportunities for additional weekend coaching hours Saturday and/or Sunday.
We can teach our systems.
What we’re really looking for is someone who is reliable, coachable, confident, energetic and genuinely GOOD WITH PEOPLE.
Our goal isn’t to have coaches standing around counting reps.
We want coaches who know our members, know their goals, coach their movement, push them when they need it and make people excited to walk through our doors.
