The National Research Council Canada (NRC) seeks a Project Manager (RCO) to join the Office of Facilities Renewal Management in Victoria. Under the Senior PMO, the Project Manager will develop project charters and charters and management plans for scientific facilities and/or real property projects, ensuring schedules and budgets are met while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Applicants should hold a university degree in engineering or project management; a PMP designation
