- Write and prepare Facility/Building Condition Assessment reports
- Conduct research using property records and blueprints




- Compile and organize assessment reports accurately
- Collaborate with coordinators for effective project delivery
- Provide administrative support including document management Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture
- 5+ years of experience in Facility Condition Assessment
- Familiarity with VFA software and asset management tools
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills
