Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will focus on five core health streams: physical and sexual health, mental health, substance use, peer support, and social services. The clinic is committed to removing barriers to care through community integration. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver holistic and youth-centered primary care
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of service providers
- Utilize Myle EMR system for patient record management
- Provide telemedicine options for virtual care
- Attend to youth physical and mental health needs Requirements:
- Medical degree and Family Physician designation
- Experience with youth health services preferred
- Solid understanding of trauma-informed care
- Ability to work flexible hours, Monday-Saturday
