- Manage medication administration, including prescribing and monitoring treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
- Provide preventive care services such as immunizations, health screenings, and lifestyle counseling to promote overall wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams using electronic health record systems like Epic and Cerner to ensure seamless patient care coordination.




- Collect and analyze data related to patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Offer home care consultations when necessary, supporting patients with mobility issues or those requiring ongoing management outside the clinical setting.

Skills

- Proven experience working in hospital settings with strong acute care skills.
- Familiarity with research methodologies to support evidence-based practice improvements.
- Excellent understanding of medical terminology and documentation standards.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner for documentation and data collection.
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations, including pediatrics.
- Experience in pain management strategies and procedures for acute or chronic pain conditions.
- Knowledge of medical office operations, medication administration protocols, and home care procedures.
