Duties

- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Develop and maintain longitudinal patient relationships
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions

Qualifications

- Licensed and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Certification in Family Medicine or equivalent
- Commitment to patient-centred care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in community-based practice and continuity of care
