Farm Equipment Sales Representative Location: Stirling‑Rawdon, Ontario Dealership: McKeown Motor Sales About the Role McKeown Motor Sales is looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Farm Equipment Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern farming, enjoys working with customers, and can confidently sell tractors, implements, and precision‑ag technology from leading brands like Massey Ferguson, Fendt, and Amazone. You’ll work directly with farmers to understand their needs, recommend the right equipment, and support them through the entire buying process — from first conversation to delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Sell new and used farm equipment including tractors, loaders, hay tools, tillage, and precision‑ag systems.
- Build strong relationships with local farmers and agricultural businesses.
- Conduct on‑farm visits to assess customer needs and recommend solutions.
- Demonstrate equipment features, operation, and technology (guidance, telemetry).
- Prepare quotes, trade evaluations, and financing options.
- Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain product knowledge on Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Amazone, and competitive brands.
- Attend farm shows, demos,



and dealership events to promote equipment.
- Follow up with leads, manage CRM notes, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

Qualifications

- Experience in farm equipment sales, ag retail, or agricultural operations is an asset.
- Strong understanding of tractors, implements, and modern farm technology.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to operate farm machinery for demos and customer visits.
- Self‑motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel locally.
