RFNOW Inc. seeks motivated individuals for an Equipment Operator- Class 1/3 Driver role in Virden, MB. You will operate heavy equipment and commercial vehicles to support fiber internet construction and assist field crews in safe, efficient project completion.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, loading/unloading, transporting materials, and ensuring safety compliance. The role requires a valid Class 1 or 3 license and solid teamwork and communication skills.
