This role is vital for overseeing field operations related to AIS technologies, including circuit breakers and disconnectors.

You will be responsible for implementing field service strategies, enhancing technician training, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will prioritize safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency to deliver projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise the AIS Field Services organization operations
- Manage technician scheduling and resource allocation




- Develop and enhance technician training programs
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations
- Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement Requirements:
- Associate’s degree or high school diploma with 10 years’ experience
- Robust technical knowledge of AIS technologies
- Proven experience managing large-scale service projects
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
