Ericsson Canada Inc. is seeking a Field Technician in Toronto, ON to coordinate and execute Field Services activities. The role focuses on in office support within Operations and Engineering, ensuring SLA adherence and safety compliance with Project OHS requirements.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance planning, hand-offs, and documentation. The position requires shift work and regular on-call support, along with RF/EMF awareness and safety training.
