This role includes maintaining Certified Training Restaurants, managing training schedules, and supporting franchisees as they prepare for their grand openings. Your expertise will impact how well new locations align with brand standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Certified Training Restaurant criteria and contact points
- Develop training schedules for new franchisees
- Ensure successful opening preparations for franchise locations
- Conduct ‘train the trainer’ sessions for effective learning
- Update training materials and support ongoing training processes Requirements:
- 3-5 years in food service/QSR management
- Training experience or New Store Opening knowledge
- Solid communication and guest service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
