MSCP Heat Management Solutions

Sherwood Park

Position Summary The Finance Coordinator supports the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of MSCP Heat Management Solutions while working closely with the Finance Controller to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the Company's financial information.

MSCP is seeking an individual who has experience with, and wants to remain actively involved in, the full accounting cycle. This is a hands-on finance position intended to provide broad responsibility across accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, project costing, and financial analysis.

The successful candidate should understand how transactions flow through the accounting system from initial entry through reconciliation, reporting, and financial close. Rather than specializing in a single area of finance, this individual will be expected to develop a strong understanding of MSCP's complete financial cycle and participate in the processes that support it.

The role provides broad exposure to accounting, payroll, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and operational finance within a growing industrial organization.

The Finance

Coordinator plays an important role in maintaining efficient financial processes, supporting operational decision-making, and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business.

At MSCP, the Finance Coordinator operates within a collaborative and systemic environment aligned with the Company's organizational methodology. Success in this role comes from supporting organizational flow, maintaining financial visibility, improving processes, and working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Manufacturing, and Project Delivery.

This position is also designed as a development opportunity for an individual seeking to grow their accounting and financial leadership capabilities. Through mentorship, increasing responsibility, and hands-on involvement across the full financial cycle, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a Finance Manager position as the organization continues to grow.
