You will gather and document requirements, analyze workflows, and collaborate with Finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and operational efficiency. Key tasks include translating business needs into functional requirements and ensuring compliance in financial data integrity. Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and validate business requirements for financial reporting
- Analyze current workflows and define future-state processes




- Collaborate with Finance teams on financial transaction treatment
- Support user acceptance testing and validate results
- Prepare training materials and process documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or finance projects
- Strong understanding of finance processes and reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
