Reporting to the COO, you'll lead financial reporting and provide insights into budgeting and forecasting. This role requires a mature, reliable individual who can balance detailed work with a broader perspective on financial performance. Key Responsibilities:

- Own complete accounting cycle and month-end closing
- Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable




- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with actionable insights
- Strengthen internal controls and finance systems
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory filings Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
- Completed or in-progress CPA designation is advantageous
