National Bank of Canada is seeking a Customer Service Agent for our call centre to support clients with financing needs, including loans, lines of credit, and mortgages. You will listen, advise, and provide personalized solutions over the phone while connecting clients to the right services.

Responsibilities include handling calls, answering product questions, guiding clients through banking applications, and escalating complex cases to specialists. Bilingual French/English is valued.
