Position Type: Permanent Full time (37.5 hours per week) Anticipated Gym Launch: Winter 2026/2027 About Us: We are a new bouldering gym currently under construction in Langley, BC near the Willowbrook Mall. We are seeking a Gym Manager to join us. Once open, you will transition into full facility management – overseeing day-to-day operations, staff performance, customer experience, routesetting team, and facility standards.

This role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and a commitment to growing and nurturing our community of climbers.

The Gym

Manager reports directly to the owners. All other gym staff, including the Head Setter, report to the Gym Manager. 2+ years of management experience in a fitness, recreation, or climbing facility. ~ Experience managing, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and supervising staff. ~ Vacation: 3 weeks paid ~ Opportunity for performance bonuses ~ Opportunities to shape the culture and future growth of the gym ~
