THE ROLE As a Fitness Evaluation System Support Coordinator, you will provide timely support to CAF and PSP personnel who use the software and hardware associated with FORMeFIT (fitness evaluation system applications).

This role requires strong bilingual communication skills in both English and French, as you will assist users across Canada and some internationally through ServiceNow tickets, email, and Microsoft Teams (chat, meetings, and calls). In addition to troubleshooting software and account-related issues for a variety of user roles, you will support the preparation and deployment of new FORMeFIT kits, maintain the existing hardware fleet, and perform basic hardware repairs or component replacements as required. The role will also involve collaborating with additional colleagues across CFMWS, the CAF, and external vendors to ensure effective product support and program delivery.

College diploma or certificate in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field,
