Drive pilot training excellence as the Flying Operations Manager at KF Aerospace in Southport, Manitoba. Oversee training programs and flight operations in line with DND and TC regulations. As the Manager of Flying Operations, you will lead training from Phase 1 to advanced Multi-Engine and Helicopter training under the CFTS and FAcT contracts.

- Provide daily support to Chief Flying and Ground Instructors
- Manage quality control of subcontracted training services




- Coordinate with managers for effective contract delivery
- Develop contingency plans for training operations
- Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions

Requirements:

- Knowledge of DND training systems and military aviation documentation
- Aviation management program completed plus 2 years' experience
- Military A Category Pilot Qualified Flight Instructor preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain PSPC Level 2 Secret Clearance
