Duties

- Operate food processing equipment safely and efficiently, including mixers, grinders, and packaging machines
- Assist with the preparation and handling of raw ingredients in accordance with food safety standards
- Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and sealing for quality assurance
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, machinery, and tools following strict protocols
- Use basic math skills to measure ingredients, check weights, and verify quantities during production
- Raw Meat Preparation & Trimming: Trim, slice, and prepare raw meat cuts to recipe specifications with precision and minimal yield loss
- Experience




- Valid Food Handler Certificate preferred (must be comfortable working independently and maintaining food safety standards)
- Previous experience in the food industry or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Knowledge of food processing techniques, sanitation procedures, and safety regulations is a plus
- Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with processing machinery enhances your ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for ingredient measurements and quality checks
- Robust commitment to food safety practices and maintaining high sanitation standards
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks
