This role operates on a rotation of 15 days on and 13 days off, with varying shifts. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily food and beverage operations in the lodge
- Supervise food service staff to sustain high standards
- Maintain compliance with safety and sanitation procedures
- Develop analytics for food cost and inventory management
- Ensure exceptional customer service through team leadership Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Food Service Management
- 3-5 years of relevant culinary or managerial experience
