This permanent part-time role involves quality control of patient meal trays and maintaining necessary supplies. Your expertise will support the Reactivation Care Centre's mission to provide exceptional nutrition care. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise staff at UHN Reactivation and West Park facilities
- Oversee meal tray quality, quantity, and accuracy
- Ensure adequate food and supplies for operations
- Perform various assigned cross-functional duties
- Maintain efficient and effective service delivery Requirements:
- Graduate from a Food and Nutrition Management Program
- Membership in the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management
- Completion of a Food Handler Certification
- Two years of supervisory experience preferred
