We are seeking a skilled and dedicated to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in various aspects of , residental framing. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects that require precision, technical expertise, and physical endurance. Candidates should be comfortable with heavy lifting and using a variety of hand and power tools. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

- Construct, install, and repair structures using concrete forming techniques, siding, framing, and carpentry skills
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials such as wood and metal
- Conduct restoration work on existing structures to improve durability and appearance
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within scope
- Follow oral direction, provided by crew leader , in order to complete tasks





Requirements

- Proven experience in construction-related roles in carpentry, and restoration
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques
- Physical capability for heavy lifting and working in demanding environments for extended periods
- Solid understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites
- Strong commitment to work with fellow experienced crew members.
