Akcelo is looking for a Freelance Senior Account Manager to join our Vancouver team!

You will be responsible for supporting the account management team across key clients to deliver exceptional client service. With the chance to work with the latest technology and some of the world’s most famous brands, a normal day in the role of the Account daily lead includes: Leading day-to-day project delivery, owning alignment across teams and stakeholders Preparing client presentations, scopes, and project plans Overseeing all workstreams, proactively identifying risks and managing timelines and budgets Applying and championing agency processes to drive creative quality, client satisfaction, and financial performance Ensuring high-quality creative by challenging briefs, reviewing work against client objectives, expectations, and brand standards, and providing clear, actionable feedback Building and growing client relationships across projects and portfolio A workplace that doesn't just have the word flexibility written in a policy Unbelievable employee benefits like flex days on long weekends, annual ski trips, social events, team office drinks,

Advertising agency experience (at least 3-4 years) in an Account Management role Ideally, strong integrated experience, but more importantly, be curious and excited to learn and be exposed to different capabilities within the agency (the work we do touches everything from Brand, Film, Digital, Social, Activations, PR, Retail, CX, Martech and customer lifecycle strategy) Over the last five years we smashed the ceilings created by established agencies and created some larger-than-life campaigns, innovative retail-tech solutions, threw some epic events, and besides happy clients, we took home the B&T; Agency of the Year, Mumbrella's Experiential Agency of the Year, and a number of APAC Effies. Our team works collaboratively in office 4 days per week, work from anywhere Wednesdays, and some travel within the US and Canada.
