Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using front desk systems
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
- Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving issues with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Conduct nightly financial audits to verify billing accuracy, reconcile accounts, and prepare reports
- Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout your shift
- Support guest services by assisting with reservations,



special requests, and providing local information

Skills

- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to create welcoming interactions
- Experience working at a hotel or in hospitality environments is preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and guest management software
- Excellent attention to detail for accurate nightly audits and record keeping
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences

Pay: $15.23-$17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
