We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!

Responsibilities

- Greet patients warmly and create a positive first impression
- Manage patient scheduling, check-ins, and follow-up appointments
- Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance claims
- Communicate with insurance companies to verify and process coverage
- Support the sales process by educating patients on care plans and services
- Maintain accurate patient records using Jane App (experience is an asset)
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally




- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk workplace

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or administrative experience required
- Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an asset
- Familiarity with Jane App is preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with a positive and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with handling billing and financial transactions

Schedule & Compensation

- Tuesday and Thursdays 9am-7pm, with some weekend availability
- Part-time or full-time opportunity
- Hourly wage, based on experience
