Front of House + Guest Experience Coordinator

Eleven Hair Collective is looking for an organized, outgoing and genuinely personable Front of House + Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team.

This person plays a big role in the day-to-day experience at Eleven. You’ll be the first face guests see, the person helping keep the studio flowing behind the scenes, and someone our team can rely on to keep things organized.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, communicates exceptionally well, takes initiative and notices the little things without always needing to be asked.

The Role

- Warmly welcoming guests and managing check-in and checkout
- Answering phones, emails and guest inquiries
- Assisting with appointment bookings and client communication
- Managing the day-to-day flow of the studio
- Making coffees, teas and other beverages for guests
- Processing payments and retail purchases
- Confidently recommending and selling professional haircare products
- Restocking and maintaining our retail area
- Completing weekly inventory counts
- Placing and receiving inventory and retail orders
- Keeping inventory organized and accurately stocked
- Light cleaning, tidying and maintaining shared spaces throughout the day
- Communicating closely with our stylists and assisting the team as needed




- Helping make sure every guest's experience feels seamless from the moment they arrive until they leave

Previous salon, hospitality, reception, retail or customer service experience, or social media is an asset, but personality, initiative and communication skills are just as important to us.

Eleven Hair Collective is an elevated, creative salon in downtown Collingwood focused on exceptional hair, thoughtful hospitality and individuality.

We believe the experience surrounding excellent hair matters just as much as the hair itself. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of that experience and become an important part of our team.

This position will begin part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
