Front of House staff are to be the face of Noodlebox to the customers. This position is responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, communicating with the BOH and Expo employees, maintaining cleanliness of the FOH area and supporting the FOH Manager and GM as necessary.

Primary Objectives

- Maintain expectations as per “Guest At Our Party” model in an effort to provide a Remarkable Experience for our guests
- Cash handling and POS
- Cleaning
- Stock rotation and organization
- Serving dishes to customers
- Taking phone orders
- Bussing Tables
- Food safety practices (HACCP/Serving it Right)
- Closing and cleaning at end of shift
- Cleanliness standards
- Supporting the GM and Expo as required

Specific Areas of Responsibility

Customer Service

- Maintain high service standards as outlined in our Guest At Our Party training
- Maintain complete knowledge of the till and the ordering process




- Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items and beverages options
- Know how features are plated
- Be aware of allergens
- Understand how to pair wine/beer with dishes
- Greet regular customers by name

Cleaning

- Ensure all tables are bussed and cleaned
- Bring organized buss bins back to the wash area
- Maintain a clean and stocked condiment station
- Ensure cleanliness of washroom

Safety & Food Safe

- Serving It Right (or equivalent)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
